三氯化铝对大鼠海马CA1区锥体细胞瞬间外向钾电流和延迟整流钾电流的影响

摘要: 本文采用全细胞膜片钳技术研究三氯化铝(AlCl3)对急性分离的大鼠海马CA1区神经元钾通道的影响。结果表明AlCl3对钾电流有明显的抑制作用, 具有一定的浓度依赖性, 1000 μmol/L AlCl3可改变IA和IK激活曲线和失活曲线的Vh 和k值, 使钾电流激活曲线右移, 使失活曲线左移。这些结果表明AlCl3对大鼠海马CA1区神经元K+通道有抑制作用, 它可能是铝引起中枢神经系统损伤的机制之一。

Abstract: The effects of aluminum chloride (AlCl3) on the transient outward potassium and delayed rectifier current of dissocIAted hippocampal CA1 neurons of rats were studied by the whole-cell patch clamp technique. It was found that AlCl3 reduced the transient outward potassium current and delayed rectifier current in a dose-dependent manner. 1000 μmol/L AlCl3 resulted in change in voltage and slope of the half-activation and the half-inactivation of IA and IK. These results imply that AlCl3 may damage potassium channel of the hippocampal CA1 neurons from rats and this may be related to the mechanism of damage of the central nervous system by aluminum.
