刘慧荣,女,1959年8月生,教授,博士生导师,山西医科大学生理教研室副主任,心血管受体研究室主任;美国心脏协会会员,国际心血管协会中国分会会员,中国生理学会会员,山西省老年学会老年保健专业委员会副主任委员。主要研究方向:
心血管受体免疫学、心肌缺血/再灌注损伤、老年心脏疾患易感性的机制与保护。
1981年毕业于长治医学院;1995年于山西医科大学获免疫学硕士学位;1999年于山西医科大学获生理学博士学位,2001年8月~2004年8月在美国Thomas
Jefferson University 进行博士后研究,后转为合作研究者。2002年被批准为博士生导师。到目前为止,培养博士研究生6人、硕士研究生23人。
在攻读硕士研究生期间,确定出精液中补体抑制水平的正常值范围;证实了精液中补体抑制水平的降低是造成男性不育的主要原因之一。在攻读博士期间,发现并阐明了心肌重构与心脏受体抗体产生与相互作用的机制。研究结果以第一作者身份在《Autoimmunity》和《Journal
of the American College of Cardiology》发表。2001年8月至2004年8月在美国托马斯•杰佛逊大学医院做博士后和合作研究者工作。回国以来,主要从事一氧化氮对心脏双重作用的系列研究,发现某些功能蛋白的硝基化是一氧化氮对心脏毒性作用的根本原因,而这些功能蛋白的亚硝基化则可能对心脏具有保护作用。研究结果发表在《CIRCULATION》、《JACC》等国际心血管研究领域的杂志。到目前为止,在国际、国内期刊发表论文和摘要86篇,其中被SCI收录29篇,累计影响因子为160.286。
