Research Interests My main interests in research are in Cardiovascular Physiology and Pharmacology. Recently, our research is confined to the following areas:

1.       Studying the effects of neurotransmitters and other related factors on ion channels and calcium signaling transduction in cardiovascular system using patch clamp technique and confocal microscope.

2.       Studying the underlying mechanisms of the ischemic cardiac disease and diabetic cardiomyopathy.
