茉莉酸甲酯能减缓水分胁迫时期花生幼苗(三叶期)叶片相对含水量的降低, 明显提高 抗旱性。经过茉莉酸甲酯处理的花生幼苗, 在水分胁迫条件下, 体内超氧物歧化酶和过 氧化氢酶的活性下降程度比未经处理的轻, 超氧物歧化酶同工酶酶带数则较多, 抗坏血 酸含量也较高, 以减少丙二醛在叶片中的积累。
Effect of methyl jasmonate on SOD activity and membrane-lipid peroxidation in peanut seedlings during water stress

The relative water content and permeability in leaves could be reduced when the seedlings were treated with MJ. After MJ treatment, the activites of superoxide dismutase and catalse in seedlings were found to be kept at higher levels than those of the control. Some new SOD isoenzymic bands were observed 2 days after MJ application. Ascorbic acid content was higher in MJ-treated seedling than the control. The level of malondialdehyde, substance toxic to the membrane, was decreased when the seedlings were treated with MJ during drought. MJ, therefore, could increase the levels of protective enzymes such as SOD and CAT which were able to remove superoxide and H_(2)O_(2), respectively, and eventually, protected the integrity of plasmamembrane from drought damage.
