摘要

细胞外基质与其微环境的组成和相互作用,在生命的发生和发展过程中至关重要。可以说没有细胞外基质就没有生命的发生和存在。细胞外基质及其微环境与细胞互作的异常是人类许多疾病发生的基础,也是治疗相应疾病的靶点之所在。 “细胞外基质与微环境”这一专栏概述了近年来关于细胞外基质与其微环境的部分新认识、新观点、新技术手段及可能的应用方向。

Abstract

The composition and interaction of extracellular matrix and its microenvironment are very important in the occurrence and development of life. It can be said that there will be no occurrence and existence of life without extracellular matrix. The abnormality of extracellular matrix and its microenvironment and cell interaction is the basis of many human diseases and the target of treating corresponding diseases. The "Special Topic on Extracellular matrix and microenvironment" provides an overview of some new insights, new ideas, new techniques and possible applications of extracellular matrix and its microenvironment.
